These terms govern use of Fennlo, provided by satoshi. Use the service only for lawful purposes and content you are entitled to provide.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure. You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize processing needed to operate the service. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

AI outputs and evidence

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review sources, dates and uncertainty before relying on an output. Generated outputs are not automatically authoritative facts and do not replace qualified professional advice.

Plans and payments

Plan prices, included credits and limits are shown on Pricing and in your account. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Manage your subscription, payment information and cancellation through the billing portal. Changes take effect according to the details displayed during checkout or in that portal.

Availability and limits

Usage and source limits protect service availability. External provider failures may temporarily interrupt features. Fennlo does not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome.

Closing your account

You may delete your account and data in Account & privacy. Contact support for payment or account questions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
